Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on EDU Sol's app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

In no event shall EDU Sol or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EDU Sol's app, even if EDU Sol or a EDU Sol authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing on EDU Sol app could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. EDU Sol does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current. EDU Sol may make changes to the materials contained on its app at any time without notice. However, EDU Sol does not make any commitment to update the materials.
EDU Sol has not reviewed all of the apps linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked app. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by EDU Sol of the app. Use of any such linked app is at the user’s own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in State or location.
