Delete your EduSol account
You can ask us to delete your EduSol account and the personal data linked to it. This page is also the data-deletion instructions page for the EduSol Android app on Google Play.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
- From the mobile number or email address registered on your account, include your name and registered mobile number so we can verify it is you.
- We verify the request and delete your account and data, normally within 30 days, and confirm to you by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, mobile number, email, photo, exam preference).
- Your learning activity: quiz and test attempts, scores, ranks, points and progress.
- Your push-notification token and device identifier.
What we may keep
- Records of payments and orders, for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Information needed to prevent fraud or resolve a dispute that is still open.
Please note: deleting your account removes access to any paid course you bought; it does not by itself give a refund (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). Deletion cannot be undone.
